Reverend Martha Hayes, a native of Mount Airy, North Carolina, has been under appointment as our pastor since July, 2017. Her home church was Salem United Methodist Church in Mt. Airy.

She is married to Bobby Hayes and parent of three sons, two amazing daughter-in-laws and Nana to twin grandchildren.

She is an ordained Minister and Deacon in another tradition and has been in ministry for 37 years. Besides her first love of being a pastor in the local church, she enjoys leading conferences, retreats and is the founder of “A Wing and a Prayer Ministry.” She enjoys writing worship aids and performing original monologues.
